Home Designs
Find a home that feels right for you. Explore our range of thoughtfully designed homes, created to suit different lifestyles, block sizes, and budgets—making it easier to build a home you'll love for years to come.
Choosing The Right Design
The best design starts with your block, not the brochure. Before you fall in love with a floor plan, it helps to know a few things about your land and how you want to live.
Â
-
Block widthÂ
Our designs are grouped by the lot width they suit: 10m, 12.5m and 15m. Your frontage is the quickest way to narrow the range. -
Block depth and orientationÂ
Where north sits decides where your living areas and alfresco should face for winter sun and summer shade. -
Council and estate requirements
Setbacks, site coverage and any estate design guidelines all shape what can be built. We check these for you before you commit. -
How many bedrooms you need - now and later
A growing family, a home office or regular guests can all tip the balance from three bedrooms to four. -
How you live day to dayÂ
Do you want a separate theatre to retreat to, a big alfresco for entertaining, or a low-maintenance home that's easy to lock up and leave? -
BudgetÂ
A smaller, well-planned home often delivers more than a larger one built to a tighter spec. We'll help you find the right balance.

Not sure where to start? Send us your lot details and we'll recommend the designs that fit.
